The XIX World Congress on Gynaecology and Obstetrics took place from 4 – 9 October 2009 in Cape Town, South Africa.
The FIGO scientific committee had invited the World Endometriosis Society (WES) to arrange the scientific session on endometriosis in order the present preliminary data from the first two studies conducted by the World Endometriosis Research Foundation (see also: www.endometriosisfoundation.org/clinical-trials.php)
