Dr Rodrigo Fernandes is a gynaecologist focused on minimally invasive surgery including deep endometriosis and oncology. Wedded to his knowledge on anatomy and extreme passion for teaching, Dr Rodrigo Fernandes has been invited to participate in live surgeries, to organise numerous meetings, and to give masterclasses worldwide. He is a former fellow at the University of Strasbourg/IRCAD under the tutorship of professor Arnaud Wattiez, and has kept teaching young surgeons and developing projects such as the e-learning Winners Project and other courses focused on spreading minimally invasive surgery. Nowadays he works in the Institute of Oncology at the University of São Paulo and at the Centre of Endometriosis and Minimally invasive surgery at the Samaritano Hospital both in São Paulo, Brazil.
