A native of Taipei, Taiwan, Dr Ya-Ching Chou received her PhD degree from the National Taiwan University in 2011. She worked as a post-doctoral fellow in the National Taiwan University and Taipei Medical University. She has experience in experimental research and molecular biology. She has worked as research fellow at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine, Taipei Medical University Hospital, since 2017. She obtained the Outstanding Poster Presentation Award of 2018 Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE) and the Young Investigator Travel Grants Award of 2016 from the Taiwan Endometriosis Society (TES). Her research interests include aetiology, genetic factors, and environmental exposure of endometriosis.
